FormNiva is a cloud-based SaaS platform that is available 24/7, subject to scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues. We strive to maintain a 99.9% uptime for our services.
2. Account Activation
Upon signing up for FormNiva, your account will be activated immediately. Free plan users can access basic features right away. For paid plans, full access will be granted immediately after payment confirmation.
3. Service Delivery Timeline
All FormNiva features included in your subscription plan will be available immediately after account activation or upgrade. There is no waiting period for digital service delivery.
4. Maintenance Windows
FormNiva schedules regular maintenance to improve our services and implement updates. Whenever possible, maintenance will be performed during off-peak hours. We will provide advance notice for scheduled maintenance that may impact service availability.
5. Data Processing
Form responses and analytics data are processed and made available in your dashboard in real-time or near real-time, depending on system load and the complexity of the data being processed.
6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Pro plan subscribers benefit from our Service Level Agreement, which guarantees 99.9% uptime. In the event that we fail to meet this commitment, eligible customers may receive service credits as detailed in our Terms of Service.
7. Technical Support
Support response times vary by subscription plan:
- Free Plan: Email support within 48 hours
- Starter Plan: Email support within 24 hours
- Pro Plan: Priority email support within 12 hours and chat support during business hours
8. Service Updates and Enhancements
FormNiva is continuously improving. Updates and new features are deployed regularly and will be made available to users based on their subscription plan. Major feature updates will be announced via email and in-app notifications.
9. Data Export
You can export your form data at any time through your dashboard. Export formats vary by plan, with more options available in higher-tier plans.
10. Service Discontinuation
In the unlikely event that FormNiva discontinues a service or feature, we will provide at least 90 days' notice and assist with data migration where applicable.
