1. Subscription Cancellation
1.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your account and navigating to the Billing section
- Contacting our customer support team at support@mendios.com
1.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period
- Your subscription will not renew for the next billing period
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period
1.3 Data Retention After Cancellation
After your subscription ends:
- Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan with limited features
- Your forms and data will be retained for 90 days
- After 90 days, we may delete your data if you remain on the Free plan
2. Refund Policy
2.1 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions to our paid plans. If you are not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.
2.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under our 14-day money-back guarantee, please contact our customer support team at support@mendios.com with your account details and reason for the refund request.
2.3 Refund Exclusions
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals beyond the first payment
- Requests made after the 14-day period
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
- Accounts that have previously received a refund
2.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
3. Plan Changes
3.1 Upgrades
You can upgrade your subscription plan at any time. When you upgrade:
- You will be charged the prorated difference between your current plan and the new plan for the remainder of the billing cycle
- Your new features will be available immediately
3.2 Downgrades
You can downgrade your subscription plan at any time. When you downgrade:
- The change will take effect at the end of your current billing period
- No partial refunds are provided for the current billing period
- You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until the end of the billing period
4. Free Trial Conversion
When your free trial ends:
- If you have added a payment method, you will be automatically converted to the paid plan you selected
- If you have not added a payment method, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan
- You can cancel before the end of your trial to avoid being charged
5. Account Termination
FormNiva reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In case of termination for violation of terms:
- No refunds will be provided
- Access to the service will be immediately revoked

We may update our Cancellation and Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
