1. Subscription Plans
FormNiva offers several subscription plans to meet the needs of different users. Current pricing information is available on our Pricing Page. We offer the following plans:
- Free Plan: Limited features with basic functionality
- Starter Plan: Enhanced features for growing professionals
- Pro Plan: Comprehensive features for established businesses
2. Billing Cycles
FormNiva offers both monthly and annual billing options. Annual subscriptions are discounted by 20% compared to the monthly rate. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise specified.
3. Payment Methods
We accept payments via credit card, debit card, UPI, and net banking. All payment information is securely processed through our payment processors and is not stored on our servers.
4. Free Trial
FormNiva offers a 14-day free trial for all paid plans. No credit card is required to start a free trial. At the end of the trial period, you can choose to subscribe to a paid plan or downgrade to the Free plan.
5. Price Changes
FormNiva reserves the right to change subscription prices at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price changes take effect. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until their renewal date.
6. Taxes
All prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes will be added to the final invoice amount based on your location and local tax regulations.
7. Usage Limits
Each subscription plan has specific usage limits, including the number of forms, responses, and features available. These limits are clearly displayed on our pricing page. If you exceed your plan's limits, you will be notified and given the option to upgrade to a higher plan.
8. Enterprise Plans
